Modern forest industry with experience & tradition
Carl Rundberg founded the company in 1949 with the aim of building up a complete Åland forest industry, from felling to finished product.

Today the company has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 5 million, employs 40 persons and has for many years been the most all-round forest company on Åland.

The company's forest division purchases about 90.000 m3 forest raw material annually. The pulpwood is chipped at the chip plant at Möckelö outside Mariehamn and is then shipped once a week to paper-mills in Sweden. Korsnäs AB.

At the sawmill at Önningeby about 100.000 logs are processed yearly. Apart from the saw, there is also a planing mill and an impregnation plant. Half of the saw-production is exported, among other countries to Holland. The remainder is sold on the Åland market by the timber-dealer at Önningeby
